Various departments also run local reward and recognition programs targeted around sales.
Employees have access to RAA’s Superannuation scheme administered through AMP Signature Super. Our award covered employees also receive a higher employer contribution.
Employees can tailor their remuneration to suit their personal needs. We offer salary sacrifice options on superannuation and motor vehicles.

We are proud to have an active involvement within the community by assisting many organisations and causes such as Variety Club, Clipsal 500 and SA Sports Star of the Year. As part of this support for the community we also undertake a number of sporting, cultural and rural sponsorships as well as a range of industry partnerships such as the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation, and Country Arts SA. We also care about our environment and we have begun investing in ways to reduce Australia’s greenhouse gas emissions.
Employees are able to purchase a variety of meals at very affordable prices at our Mile End Office.
Membership of the Employee Social Club is open to all employees and provides a great opportunity for employees from different areas to meet in a fun relaxed environment.
The Social Club organises a number of functions and events each year. Events include a mid-year and Christmas dinner, movie nights, bowling nights and happy hours. Members can also take advantage of other great deals such as discount movie tickets all year round.
