Our 2025 AGM

We held our 122nd AGM on Tuesday, 11 November at the Adelaide Pavilion. Attending members heard from Chair Kathy Gramp and CEO Nick Reade about our achievements during the 2024-25 financial year and our exciting plans to make life better for our members.

At the AGM, members:

  • received the Financial Report, Directors’ Report, and Auditor’s Report for RAA for the year ended 1 July 2025
  • heard announcements about new member offers, including our fuel discount and the establishment of our Community Impact Fund 
  • were updated on our new sites in the city and Port Road, which will provide member services from mid-2026
  • voted in favour of all three resolutions, including the election of Sunita Gloster AM and re-election of David Osborn to the RAA Board. The final voting results are provided below.
