About the Member Panel
To help RAA represent the views of our more than 660,000 members; RAA regularly surveys its members via an online Member Panel. We want to find out your thoughts on key issues about motoring, mobility, and road safety.
RAA members who would like to have their say are encouraged to sign up for the Member Panel. We will send you about 10 surveys, spread out relatively evenly across the year. Each survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and will be easy to follow.
We aim to use the results from these surveys to feed into a range of RAA policies and advocacy activities. For instance, RAA is regularly asked to provide submissions to the government on proposed changes to legislation. In 2016, feedback provided by the Member Panel was used to inform RAA responses on the Frome Street bike lane redesign, the Railway Crossing Safety Strategy and motorcycle lane filtering.
Where suitable, RAA aims to deliver short reports back to the participants of our Member Panel with results from each survey also available our website.
