Payment Options for Insurance
Use our secure online payment channel to pay your annual or 6 month RAA Insurance premium online. You will need your payment reference number (from your notice) and Visa or Mastercard details (note: American Express is not accepted online).
Pay by the month policy payments can only be made through automatic deductions from your financial institution. To arrange automatic deductions, please call 1300 724 312 with your payment reference number or policy number (found on your notice) and your account details.
Automated phone payments
Call 1300 729 722 and select option 2 to pay the annual or six month "amount to pay" premium. Enter your payment reference number, located on the bottom of your payment notice, and your Visa or Mastercard details. (note: American Express is not accepted).
To pay from your savings, cheque or credit account, either phone your financial institutions or visit their internet site. Quote the RAA Insurance biller code 575902 and your payment reference number. Please note monthly BPAY transaction payments are unable to be accepted and will result in your insurance cover remaining unpaid.
You can pay the total amount by cash, cheque or credit card at any of the RAA's metropolitan branches between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. Or visit your nearest regional branch. (note: American Express is not accepted).
Send cheques or money orders to: RAA Insurance, GPO Box 1499, Adelaide SA 5001. Please include your policy number for our records.
EFTPOS facilities are available at all RAA offices.
