A newly created position now exists for a highly motivated individual with a high level of initiative and experience in managing ICT related projects, to become part of the Information Services team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Managing the delivery of multiple ICT related business process/applications/infrastructure projects and programmes through the investigative and delivery lifecycles using established project methodologies;
• Managing project resources, activities, budgets and timelines to meet agreed timeframes;
• Develop existing project management practice processes and artefacts
• Effectively engage stakeholders to deliver required outcomes
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
• A background in managing multiple simultaneous business process change, application development and infrastructure projects;
• Proven experience in the capacity to read and comprehend large volumes of complex management and technical related material, distil appropriate concepts and apply and communicate them;
• Personal drive to innovate whilst applying proven disciplines
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships;
• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or closely related discipline;
• A recognised qualification in Project Management (highly desirable).

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Mechanic to step up into the role of Senior Motor Mechanic. The successful candidate will be expected to apply specialist technical and diagnostic skills and take a lead role in ensuring the delivery of timely and cost effective van commissioning and repair and maintenance services to fleet vehicles. The role requires someone to act as a role model and mentor to Apprentices and step up to the Workshop Supervisor role from time to time.
Key requirements for the position are:
Applicants should preferably have Supervisory experience or be able to demonstrate leadership capability. Installation and service licences for LPG powered vehicles and/ or vehicle air conditioning systems will be well regarded.
