RAA Code of Ethics
RAA will:
- Strive to provide correct information
- Ensure information is clear and not misleading
- Be honest in all communications
- Correct any mistakes promptly
- Update information when required
- Reply to questions in a timely fashion
- Clearly identify all experts who provide information
- Respect members’ views
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose unavoidable conflicts
- Not transmit any unsolicited advertising or spam
Members of the Motoring & Travel Forums and Corporate Blog (“Service”) must:
- always be honest
- always give a fair report
- not deliberately distort or misrepresent information
- never knowingly submit information which is inaccurate or incomplete
- distinguish between factual information and opinion
- respect other members
- not make any personal attacks
- not restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Service
- not disrupt the flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner which negatively affects other members
- not impersonate any person
- not engage in spamming, flaming or any other hostile activity
