Resolve a Problem

If you believe you have been treated in a way that contravenes the Approved Repairer Code of Practice, RAA can act as a mediator to assist in resolving the dispute.

RAA is proud of the reputation the Approved Repairer service has built up over the last twenty years and wishes to keep the standards of the repairers we approve at the highest level.

To make a complaint against a repairer either call 8202 4689 or email us.

If you have already attempted to resolve the issue with the repairer, dowload the dispute resolution form (File size: 47Kb) and return it to us.
