Payment Options

RAA offers you a range of convenient options to pay your membership renewal.

 Pay online
Use our secure online payment channel to pay your RAA Membership renewal online. You will need your payment reference number (from your renewal notice) and Visa or Mastercard details.

 Automated phone payments
Call 1300 729 722 (24 hours) and enter your payment reference number and Visa or Mastercard details.

 Telephone
To talk to an RAA service consultant, call 8202 4610 between 8:00am and 6:00pm weekdays and 9:00am and 12:00pm on Saturdays. Or phone your local regional RAA office. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.

 BPAY
To pay from your savings, cheque or credit account, either phone your financial institution or visit their internet site. Quote the RAA biller code 81760 and your payment reference number.

 In person
You can pay by cash, cheque or credit card at any of the RAA's metropolitan branches between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday. Or visit your nearest regional branch. EFTPOS is available at all branches.

 By mail
Detach the bottom section of your renewal notice and return it with your payment to: RAA, 101 Richmond Rd, Mile End 5031. Make cheques payable to RAA of SA Inc.
