Members receive free advice from the Legal Advisory Service on all motoring matters including vehicle accidents and traffic offences.

We provide expert advice and assistance in:

• Dealing with other parties involved in a crash
• Traffic offences
• Insurance disputes
• Vehicle purchase contracts
• Licence and registration queries

We also provide advice when dealing with summonses or if you're having problems with your insurer.

The staff providing the service are not lawyers, but are trained to assist with vehicle and traffic related matters. Where necessary, a referral to a lawyer is available.
