General Returns Policy

The RAA understands you may need to return products to us if they are defective or damaged, and we know that sometimes you may just change your mind.

We will refund or exchange goods as outlined below, provided the items are returned in good condition, in original boxes and all paperwork, parts, accessories, and original proof of purchase are included.

Once approved, please allow approximately six working days for your personal refund cheque to arrive. Depending on Australia Post Registered Post delivery times, waiting times may be longer.

Damaged On Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact RAA within 7 days of delivery. Please provide us with your membership number, order number, e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. RAA does not accept any liability for returned items until they have been received by us.

Change Your Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from the RAA Shop, you may choose to return it to us. Please note, items will need to be returned in original condition. You must return it within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

Warranty Claims

Be sure to keep your RAA receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer of your product for all warranty claims and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or contact details please feel free to contact us.

All returns must have a proof of purchase receipt presented at the time of refund.
