For advice on just about anything to do with the purchase, use and maintenance of cars, RAA’s Technical Advisory Service has the expertise you need.
The team handle up to 50,000 calls a year, so you can be sure they’ll be able to help you, whatever your request. They’re independent, fair, and they’re looking out for your interests, so give them a call – it’s always good to know someone in the business!
The team is available five days a week, and on Saturday mornings, and can answer any motoring-related question you might have. Some of the most common topics that members contact us for include:
- Advice on buying a new or used car – Our advisors can help you decide what type of car will best meet your needs.
- Fuel economy – Our advisors can help you do the calculations to work out what it will cost to travel from one town to another, which is handy when you’re planning a long road trip.
- After-market vehicle accessories
- Advice on a bill or repair recommendation that you don’t quite understand. We can even act as a mediator between you and your repairer so that everyone’s clear on what’s being said.
