How often are the real-time fuel prices updated?
The prices shown on our app and website are updated in real-time, as soon as a petrol station reports a price change to the central government database. When a petrol station changes the price at the pump, they need to report their change to the central database within 30 minutes of the price change.

What can I do if I see an incorrect fuel price on the RAA website or app?
Petrol stations need to report any price changes to the State Government database within 30 minutes. If the price at the petrol station doesn't match the price on the RAA website or app, you can report an incorrect fuel price directly to the State Government.

Why is a petrol station near me missing from the price map?
If a petrol station is missing from the map, it means they haven't registered to provide real-time fuel price updates to the State Government database yet. You can report a missing petrol station directly to the State Government.

How often are petrol stations allowed to change their prices?
Petrol stations can change their prices as often as they like, but when they do, they'll need to notify the State Government database within 30 minutes. The price change will then be updated on the RAA app and website straight away.
