Report a Road Form

If you notice a road or intersection that seems unsafe, your first point of contact should be the relevant authority that owns the road – either your local council or the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure’s Traffic Management Centre on 1800 018 313.

If you wish to report an issue relating to driver behaviour, please contact SA Police on 131 444.

If you don’t know who or how to report your concern, or you aren’t having any success resolving the issue, use the form below to notify RAA’s Road Safety team about the issue.

Once you’ve logged an issue, one of our road safety experts will assess the site and you can track it's progress on our map.
