Adelaide to Arkaroola

The 8-hour journey from the city centre to the arid landscape of Arkaroola is a feast for the senses. Take in the vineyard valleys of Clare, and watch as your window vista transforms from the mountainous ranges of the iconic Flinders to the distinctive red soils of the north.

Adelaide to Coober Pedy

Pass through kilometres of rolling farmland fields and country towns the likes of Port Wakefield and Port Augusta, as you follow the coastline. Soak up the history and rich desert terrain when you reach your final destination in the historic underground town of Coober Pedy.

Adelaide to Renmark

Just a 3-hour drive from Adelaide, the trip to the Riverland is perfect for time-conscious weekenders. Pick up a bottle of local wine on your way through the beautiful Barossa, take in the sights of the Murray River National Park, and relax by the water on arrival.

Adelaide to Mount Gambier (Coastal)

After winding through the leafy streets of the Adelaide Hills, take in the patchwork of farmland that stretches from Tailem Bend, across to Keith, Naracoorte and Penola as you make your way to Mount Gambier.

Adelaide to Port Lincoln

Pit-stop your way through the regional townships north of Adelaide as you make the journey to Port Augusta, then enjoy the scenic coastline of the picturesque Eyre Peninsula en-route to Port Lincoln. Port Lincoln to Ceduna to Port Augusta

From Port Lincoln to Ceduna, explore the stunning west coast of Eyre Peninsula, a mixture of white, sandy beaches, towering cliffs, and secluded coves. Between Ceduna and Port Augusta, the highway passes through thick mallee scrub and farmlands. Be sure to check out the unique rock formations around Minnipa and Wudinna.
