Make a move that matters

We all want to make a difference through the work we do. To work towards something that’s exciting, challenging and makes an impact.

At RAA, we’re proud to make that possible – every single day.

Work at one of SA’s most respected member-focused organisations

Keep our members moving

As one of the state’s largest and most iconic organisations, we’re proud to keep our members – and SA – moving in the right direction.  More than 750,000 members choose us to deliver peace of mind through our trusted range of motor, home and travel products and services.

We’re a passionate bunch, and we’re proud to work for an organisation with purpose. As one of the state’s largest employers (and growing), more than 1000 of us strive to make a real impact and keep our members moving every day.

We’re not slowing down either. We have big plans to make life even better for our members so they can focus on what matters to them.

What it's like to work here

Achieve in a purpose-led organisation

Beyond helping people achieve, our culture helps people grow. Careers at RAA are packed with learning experiences and development opportunities, keeping everyone moving in the right direction.

But we know that confidence and success isn’t just about gaining skills. It’s also about feeling comfortable and supported in everything you do. Which is where our wellbeing programs, workplace flexibility and a whole bunch of extra perks come in.

On the same side

We play to our strengths and help those around us do the same, working together as a dynamic team with a collective goal of keeping the member moving. With great camaraderie and a shared sense of openness and trust, we thrive as a strong and supportive team.
