How do I delete my RAA app account?
You can delete your online account by sending a request using our member enquiry form. Fill in your details and in the 'Your question' field, let us know you'd like to your account deleted. We'll check your details and aim to complete your request within 4 business days.

You use the same account to log in to the RAA app and My Account so when we delete your account, you'll lose the ability to log in to both. You can always register for a new account if you change your mind.

Deleting your account will not cancel your RAA membership or policies. Your online account is not our record of your information. If you'd like to know more, please read our privacy policy, cookies policy or contact us.

You can also delete the RAA app from your phone at anytime without deleting your account.
