How Trade Assist works

  • Are the tradies RAA employees?

    No, they’re not employed by RAA. We work with a trusted network of licensed, experienced tradespeople. When you make a booking, we’ll refer your job to the right person, who’ll get in touch and complete the work at a time that suits you.
  • Who will send my invoice?

    You’ll be asked to pay the tradesperson when the work is completed. You can pay by debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).  

    You’ll get a receipt after you pay. The tradesperson will email you a tax invoice with their ABN/ACN. 


Bookings

  • What do I do if I need to cancel or change my booking?

    Get in touch with us as soon as possible. To avoid any cancellation or change fees, you'll need to make changes during business hours, at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking.  

    If you change or cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you’ll be charged a fee. The fee will be one hour of labour or the agreed service fee — whichever is less.
