Resolving an issue with a repairer
If you’re not satisfied with the service you’ve received from an RAA Approved Repairer, we can act as a mediator to assist in resolving the dispute.
RAA’s Codes of Practice
All Approved Repairers must guarantee their workmanship, maintain a fair pricing policy, maintain equipment and qualifications, and follow RAA’s Codes of Practice for their category.
