Keeping our community safe through education

We work with schools, community groups, and like-minded organisations to deliver free road safety education across South Australia.

From the state’s biggest youth road safety event to tailored sessions for older and migrant drivers — our programs are designed to save lives, reduce injuries, and help people feel more confident on the road.

For preschools

Young children are some of our most at-risk road users. Street Smart Preschool is a free, in-school incursion which helps kindy and preschool-aged kids learn simple, life-saving road safety behaviours.

For primary schools

Street Smart Primary is a free incursion for schools that helps students build real-world road safety skills. Each session is tailored to the year level and linked to the Australian Curriculum.

For secondary schools

We’re proud to run Street Smart High — SA’s largest youth road safety event for students in Years 10 to 12. It’s a powerful, real-world look at the risks young people face behind the wheel.

For older drivers

Even the most experienced drivers can benefit from a refresher. Our Years Ahead sessions cover everything from road rule updates to safer driving tips and transport options for the future.

For migrant drivers

New to South Australia? Our Migrant Drivers program helps people understand local road rules, build confidence behind the wheel, and stay safe on SA roads.
