RAA is your Association. Since RAA was founded in 1903, our members have been central to everything we do. RAA’s Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors Election is your chance to have a say in how RAA is governed.


Members are advised that the 117th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Monday, 23 November 2020. Pursuant to Clause 8.1(b)(ii) of RAA’s Constitution, members are advised that notice of any business which members wish to have dealt with at the meeting must be submitted in writing, duly proposed and seconded, before Friday, 19 June 2020.

Call for nomination for the board of directors’ election

Members are advised, pursuant to Clause 11.5 of RAA’s Constitution, nominations for election to the RAA Board of Directors must be submitted in writing before Friday, 19 June 2020. Copies of the prescribed RAA Board of Directors Nomination Form are available upon request from the Company Secretary via email to companysecretary@raa.com.au or phone on 8202 4451.
