Members are advised that the 118th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on 22 November 2021. Pursuant to Clause 8.1(b)(ii) of RAA’s Constitution, members are advised that notice of any business which members wish to have dealt with at the meeting must be submitted in writing, duly proposed and seconded, before 18 June 2021.

Nominations for the board of directors’ election now open.

Members are advised, pursuant to Clause 11.5 of RAA’s Constitution, that nominations for election to the RAA Board of Directors must be submitted before 18 June 2021. There are three vacancies to be filled. Candidates who submit a nomination for election will be required to satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in the Constitution and must address the endorsement criteria which have been developed by the Nominations Committee.
