Vote for a stronger RAA

This year, we’re asking you to help us take the next step in modernising our RAA.

There are two items for voting:

  • Special Resolution - conversion of RAA to a company limited by guarantee

  • Ordinary Resolution - increase to the maximum remuneration pool payable to Directors

If you're unable to vote online, you can download a Voting Form (PDF, 71KB) or request a paper Voting Form at an RAA shop or by emailing companysecretary@raa.com.au.

You can also vote in person at the AGM or by appointing a proxy using the Voting Form.

Direct voting and proxy appointments close at 5pm on Tuesday, 5 November 2024.

Attending the AGM

Members are invited to attend our 121st AGM in person.

Date: Monday, 11 November 2024

Time: 1.30pm

Venue: Adelaide Entertainment Centre, 98 Port Road, Hindmarsh SA 5007

If you can't make it to the AGM, there will be an online broadcast available to watch.

 

Member forum
