Michael HealyChief Marketing OfficerBCom (Marketing & Advertising)Michael stepped into RAA's Chief Marketing Officer role in January 2023, bringing more than 20 years' experience with major brands and agencies across Australia and New Zealand. Known for his creativity and results-driven approach, Michael has led award-winning marketing teams at BankSA, Westpac and Meridian, one of New Zealand’s largest renewable and energy retailers, driving growth, innovation and decarbonisation projects. At RAA, Michael is all about championing our members: finding new ways to connect, engage and add value. He brings a people-first ethos to everything he does and believes marketing should be as fun and inspiring as it is effective. |

Mark ThomsonChief Transformation OfficerBBus (Econ), CPA, MPAccMark joined RAA as Chief Transformation Officer in June 2026, bringing significant expertise in commercial strategy and transformation built across more than 20 years with PwC and most recently as Managing Director and South Australian Lead for Scyne Advisory. At RAA, Mark is focused on helping the organisation grow, innovate and continue to deliver real value to its members and the South Australian community. Tim WhiteChief Financial OfficerLLB, B.Com, GAICDTim stepped into the role of RAA's Chief Financial Officer in October 2024, bringing broad experience from finance, investment banking and commercial leadership roles in both Australia and the US. He has worked across everything from insurance and banking to aviation and land management. Tim is energised by the opportunity to help RAA deliver more for its members. Laura SchonfeldtChief People OfficerMBA (UniSA)Laura joined RAA as Chief People Officer in October 2023, bringing significant experience in senior people and culture roles across education, agribusiness and insurance. Before joining RAA, Laura was Executive Director, People and Culture at the Department of Education, was an executive member of Elders Group, and held leadership positions with QBE in Sydney and Adelaide. Laura is passionate about creating environments where people can be their best, teams thrive and leaders create a culture of care . She is part of University of South Australia's Executive Partners mentoring program, helping to nurture the next generation of leaders. Laura's focus on social responsibility extends beyond the workplace—she is part of SA Women for Women's Leadership Circle, a foundation she helped establish in 2025. |

Susan CragoChief Governance and Risk OfficerLLB, BCom, GDLP, MBA, GAICDSBlending more than 20 years' experience across law and finance, Susan became RAA's Chief Governance and Risk Officer in October 2023. She leads the organisation's legal, governance, compliance and risk teams, drawing on a career that began as a practising lawyer and evolved through senior leadership at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Susan is recognised for her steady hand managing risk and guiding complex change. Committed to serving RAA's members with integrity, she also lends her expertise to several government and not-for-profit advisory boards and committees. |
